Mehendi takes about 48 hours to reach its peak color, and hence should ideally be done 2 or 3 days prior to the main event.

Bridal packages include the hands (front and back) and the feet, and range from $125 to $425 in price, and 1.5 hours to 4.5 hours respectively in time. Most brides select the mid range designs which are around $225 to $250, and take approximately 2.5 hours to complete.

For family and friends, there are small, medium and large designs which are for $6, $12 and $18. I can apply approximately 25 small, 12 medium, or 8 large designs in an hour. The hourly charge is $90, and most customers prefer going with the hourly rate.

I do not charge extra for travel expenses, but do require a minimum of 2 hours work (includes bride and guests) to travel to anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area. For areas outside of the Bay Area and within 3 hours driving, the minimum is adjusted based on the distance. Beyond 3 hrs driving, travel and accomodation for the night if necessary will be added. Please call for details.

It is a lot easier when you come over and see the different photos and also get a sample done to test out the color.

I use pure and good quality henna, and mix my own mehendi fresh every time - no chemicals or dyes added.
